Great location near bars and restaurants, easy access to main areas. Free cold water and fresh fruit on arrival was a welcoming gesture.

The room was dirty with stained cups and a filthy carpet. The quilt looked used and we had a cold night under one sheet.

Great location, central but away from the main streets so will still get a peaceful nights sleep. Rooms are warm and comfortable and the staff are friendly, overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Couldn't fault the hotel, have stayed before and will stay again.

Great nearby places include Pie & Ale, we usually had drinks there. We would return there, its excellent value for money.

The breakfast offered great value for money, with plenty of options to choose from. it was a good place to stay considering the price.

There was an issue with the room key not working, which caused some inconvenience upon arrival.
